The Refund Policy is applicable strictly on the Deposit amount and not the Confirmed Rental amount. In case a Client wants to return their Digital Equipment’s before the said Rental Contract, it is only the Deposit Amount which would be refunded. However, we work on a clean slate ! In case, a Customer wants to return his/her Digital Equipment before the said Rental contract, it is Cent Percent impossible.
As a customer, you need to retain the Equipment for the mentioned span on terms of Loyalty.
Return Process
Once your Rental Contract is over, either you or else our team would be coming in touch with you over Calls or Emails. Once confirmed, our Delivery Executive would be coming to pick up the Digital Equipment. Post collection, our team would be checking on few parameters.
A thorough check is made by the Technical team whether the Equipment has undergone any sort of Physical Damage or not.
Our Administration team would check whether the entire Rental amount has been paid or not.
Refunds
This amount takes around 72 Working Hours (3 days approximately) to get credited.
Shipping Charges
The Digital Equipment is delivered on the same day, the order is placed. However, the Shipping / Delivery charges of the Equipment needs to be borne by the Client. Similarly, when the Equipment has to be returned, the Shipping and Delivery charges of the Return back also needs to be borne by the client.
Shipping Delivery
The Delivery of the Shipped item takes 1 to 4 days approximately. However, it depends completely on the Distance, whether, when the Equipment would get delivered to you.
Exceptions
In case, the Equipment is found to have a defect or it is damaged, contact kindly to the below mentioned contact details for a Refund or Exchange.
